1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using Olive Dock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service provided by Clermont Group LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the service.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Our services are provided on a subscription basis (Standard and Pro tiers). All billing is handled via Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the site.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• The Platform: Clermont Group LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Olive Dock software, branding, and director engine technology.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of all creative assets you upload and the final videos generated by the service. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the rendering service.

4. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these standards.
